They have been developing their new Deckard VR headset, so I see it being more aligned with that than anything else. They don’t really have another reason to just release HL3.

If he doesnt know the solutions, why not leave that to someone who does instead of suggesting something that could possibly be harmful?
I think highlighting the real issues to the population is important because right now the blame for everything is wrongly put on immigrants and minorities.
I know Twitch causes echochambers in the channels, but maybe a few right wing people are curious about his stream and it could make them think differently?
I suppose if you live quite isolated out in the countryside/wilderness then it’s a concern for sure. Maybe a small bag with some emergency clothing by the side of the bed would be good, then you can dress once you are safe.
For most of us though, help is a door knock away.
I think surviving a fire is more important than someone seeing your naked body.

Countries should not be wasting time with laws, let the corporations suffer until they provide a better product.

warm@kbin.earthto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Is it normal for people to ask where you are from online?7·8 days agoIt’s incredibly to normal to ask someone where they are from, it’s just interesting to know. Normally it’s just asking the country.
You dont have to answer at all of course, if someone doesnt respect that, then at least you know they arent worth your time.

Physical media died a long time ago on PC. The DRM-free options exist as downloads.

warm@kbin.earthto Games@lemmy.world•Doom: The Dark Ages' PS5 physical release reportedly has just 85MB on disc, and Xbox isn't much bigger61·11 days agoDiscs have just been a physical license key for a long time now. It’s kind of wasteful to even ship discs and the plastic cases anymore, some kind of little card with a chip on would suffice.
No rating sites are good. There’s always people rating 10/10.
